Registration of a Bulgarian company with an investment in the authorized capital of 307,000 euros and the creation of at least 10 jobs for Bulgarian citizens.
Residence permit by member. 24, al. 1, vol. 2 of the LBA is a residence permit for foreign investors registering a company in Bulgaria. The basis is a commercial activity with a confirmed investment in the share capital of at least 307,000 euros and a commitment to create jobs for local citizens.
EOOD (Friendship with a limited agreement with a single owner) is the Bulgarian equivalent of an LLC with a single founder. This is the most popular form for foreign investors: simple registration, limited liability, the possibility of 100% foreign ownership.
The permit is issued for 1 year with the possibility of annual renewal. If the conditions of investment and employment are met, you can apply for permanent residence after 5 years. The registration process takes an average of 2-3 months.

The process of obtaining a residence permit
Consultation and business plan
We discuss your business idea, company structure and investment plan. We are preparing a business plan confirming the economic feasibility and ability to create 10 jobs.
Registration of EOOD in Bulgaria
We register a company with the Registration Agency (Trade Register). We open a corporate bank account and deposit a share capital of at least 307,000 euros.
Hiring 10 employees who are Bulgarian citizens
We conclude employment contracts with at least 10 Bulgarian citizens. We register them with the National Revenue Agency (NRA) and the Employment Agency.
Preparation of a package of documents
We collect documents: passport, constituent documents of the company, proof of investment, employment contracts with employees, criminal record certificate, health insurance, residence documents.
Submission to the migration service
We submit documents to the Migration Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the place of registration of the company. The Migration Service checks the fact of investment and the availability of jobs.
Obtaining a residence permit card
After approval, you will receive a residence permit card for 1 year. If the conditions are met (preservation of investments and jobs), the permit is renewed annually. After 5 years - the right to permanent residence.

At least 307,000 euros deposited into the account of a Bulgarian company. It is confirmed by a bank statement and accounting documents.
10 jobs for Bulgarians
Employment contracts with at least 10 Bulgarian citizens registered with the National Employment Agency and the Employment Agency.
Constituent documents of the EOOD
Articles of Association of the company, certificate of registration in the Trade Register, decision of incorporation, capital deposit documents.
Business plan
A document confirming the real economic activity of the company and the prospects for preserving jobs.
Passport and criminal record certificate
A valid passport (at least 6 months) and a certificate of no criminal record with an apostille and translation.
Health Insurance & Housing
A policy with coverage of at least 30,000 EUR on the territory of Bulgaria and a lease agreement or property documents.
