BULSTAT Register is an official list of Bulgarian and foreign legal entities and individuals carrying out commercial activities in Bulgaria, as well as property owners who are not citizens of this country.
According to Article 3, Part 10 of the Law of the Republic of Bulgaria (RB) on the BULSTAT Register, every individual who does not have a EGN or LNP (personal number of a foreigner), but owns real estate in the country, is obliged to register in the register.
Registration is carried out by the Registry Agency. According to Article 7, Part 2, the following information is provided to the state authorized body for registration in the BULSTAT register: full name, date of birth, reason for registration, address, e-mail address and phone number.
In case of changes, you must notify the Registry Agency within 7 days.
