In this article, we will describe the sunny country of Bulgaria, which attracts foreigners with the affordability of obtaining a residence permit, geographical location, low prices for Bulgarian apartments and accommodation, a unique, mild, warm climate, the sea and mountains with their resorts, beautiful nature, and about its other pros and cons…. More than a hundred thousand Russians have made their investments in real estate. There are no accurate statistics of property owners in Bulgaria from other countries. But, our small investigation showed that this is more than 300 thousand foreigners. Probably, these figures are not accurate, but for such a small country as Bulgaria they are impressive… This year, in 2020, during the period of emergencies in the world associated with the COVID-19 epidemic, many Russian, Ukrainian, citizens of the Republic of Bulgaria want to obtain a residence permit in Bulgaria. After all, with a personal residence permit card, having residence permit in Bulgaria (residence permit), a foreigner can reside in the country within the permitted period – within a year, and there is no need to apply for tourist visas with limited periods of permissible stay. The territory of Bulgaria is 110,550 sq. km, and it is slightly larger than Iceland. From the southernmost to the northernmost point of Bulgaria is about 500 km, from west to east – 600 km can be driven in less than 5-6 hours, because the congestion of the roads is minimal, there are no traffic jams and traffic is low… The accessibility of Bulgaria by its location to many countries, including Russia, rep. Belarus and Ukraine. In Bulgaria, everything is nearby, both the sea and the mountains… There are disadvantages in Bulgaria, but they are weightless in comparison with many advantages. To decide to move to this country for permanent residence, you need to live here for a while and draw your own conclusions based on your needs, interests and lifestyle.
