List of Documents for Spouse to Apply for Family Reunification Permit 

• Filled application.
• Certificate of no criminal record in Bulgarian (valid for 6 months).
• Proof of accommodation: a copy of the notarial deed or a rental agreement with the owner's declaration of consent to the residence of family members.
• Certified by a notary Declaration "for the burden and the cost". This document means that you take care of your spouse and provide housing.
• A bank certificate or bank statement, certified by an employee, confirming the availability of sufficient funds to support the family.
  The account must have at least 7320 leva per 1 person.
• A notarized copy of the marriage certificate, translated into Bulgarian and legalized.
• A simple copy of the main spread of the passport.
• A copy of the Applicant's personal card or a notice of residence permit permit.
• For persons over 18 years old, a certificate of no criminal record. Its translation and legalization are required.

List of documents for minor children of the application for family reunification permission:

• Filled application.
• Declaration of consent from you and the other parent for the long-term or permanent residence of children in Bulgaria (in Bulgarian)
• Proof of accommodation: a copy of the notarial deed or a rental agreement with the owner's declaration of consent to the residence of family members.
• Certified by a notary Declaration "for damage and cost".  This document means that you take care of the maintenance of the children and provide them with housing.
• A notarized copy of the birth certificate, translated into Bulgarian and legalized
• A copy of the passport is the main spread.
• Copy of the Applicant's personal card or notification of residence permit

To obtain a type D visa on the basis of "Family members of a foreigner who has received a long-term residence permit", you need The following documents:
