To submit documents for the extension of a residence permit (permit to stay in Bulgaria) and a foreigner's personal card, in addition to the documents that are the basis for the extension: – For pensioners: a notarized copy of the notarized translation into Bulgarian of the pension certificate (or certificate), – for sales representatives: an up-to-date certificate from the BCCI (or the original, or a notarized copy), the validity of which is 1 month from the date of its manufacture, – For Blue Card, for employment relations: either a certificate from the Administrative Control Service or a copy of the residence and work permit issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy You need proof of housing for the duration of your stay. For property owners – A photocopy of the notarial deed and, at the request of migration, a certificate from the Community of the administrative address. For tenants – Lease agreement residential premises (the contract can be gratuitous if the parties to the contract are related to the first degree) with the owner of the housing, the minimum validity period at the time of submission of documents is 1 year. The owner of the property also signs in a notarized form Declaration on the provision of the administrative address at which the property is located.
ATTENTION!!
The declaration of the provision of the address must be certified by the owner of the property at a notary NOT ONLY YOUR SIGNATURE, but also the CONTENT OF THE TEXT.
