We will only touch upon those changes, the requirements of which are more aimed at foreigners residing in Bulgaria on the basis of "Sales Representative".

Now no more than three people can get a long stay in one trade office. The rest turned out to be "superfluous" and they need to find another representative office that complies with the Law on Foreigners.

One more change.

Only a company that has been active for at least two years can register a new representative office on behalf of a foreign entity.

Important! In the new version of the Law, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) must notify the Migration Directorate of all changes in the Trade Mission. That is, before the "extra" representative is discharged from the TP, he needs to find a new "employer" and, having agreed to join the new TP, enter it.  It is advisable to do these actions at the same time. Otherwise, the representative "discharged" from the TP loses the basis for a long stay in the country of Bulgaria.
