Residence permit (residence permit) – This is the status, which allows a foreigner to reside in the country within the permitted period – within a year, and there is no need to apply for tourist visas with limited periods of permissible stay. A residence permit is issued within 2 to 6 weeks, is valid for one year and is renewed annually. Residence permit in Bulgaria is a Document in the form of a plastic card with your Foreigner's personal number (LNP), giving the right to free entry and exit from the country an unlimited number of times, without issuing visas during the validity period of the residence permit. But, in order to permanently reside in Bulgaria, you need legal grounds for obtaining a residence permit. There are several such grounds in the Republic of Bulgaria. P 23 On May 2018, new changes to the Law on Foreigners in Bulgaria came into force. There are new grounds for obtaining a D visa and a long-term residence permit (residence permit).
