Solution BCCI is a document that is issued to the Trade Representation of a foreign legal entity after its registration in the BCCI Register.

It indicates:
name of the trade mission;
Number and date of the decision on registration in the Commercial Register;
Number and date of issue of the certificate;
Legal status of the TP;
Number Bulstat;
Registration address and phone numbers of the TP;
List of activities and business contacts of the TP;
A list of representatives in Bulgaria, indicating the functions and powers and the duration of their work in this TA.

The BCCI decision is issued once after the registration of the TP and each time after making changes, or upon additional request.

Certificate is a document confirming the current state of the Trade Representation of a foreign legal entity registered in the register of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  The validity period of the issued certificate is 3 months.
The certificate is signed by the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and sealed.
